How do I cancel, skip or pause my subscription?+
Log in to your account at raebasics.com with the email you used at checkout and open Manage subscriptions. You can skip, pause, change or cancel anytime before your next billing date, with no fees. Step-by-step guide.
My account says "No subscriptions found." What do I do?+
You're most likely logged in with a different email than the one you used at checkout. Log out and log back in with that email. Still stuck? Email hello@raebasics.com with your name and order number and we'll make the change for you.
Where is my order?+
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and you'll get an email with a tracking link when yours leaves. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days (most arrive in 3 to 5). No shipping email after 3 business days? Check spam, then email us. Shipping guide.
Tracking says delivered, but my package isn't here.+
Check around your home and with neighbors, and give it 24 to 48 hours, since carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number and we'll work with the carrier.
My order arrived damaged, or I got the wrong flavor.+
We're sorry. Email hello@raebasics.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product, the outer box and the seal or lid. We'll send a replacement or the right item at no cost, and you don't need to send anything back.
I was charged for a subscription I meant to cancel.+
Email hello@raebasics.com with your order number right away and we'll look into it. To stop future charges, cancel before your next billing date (it's shown in your account). A charged order ships, and unopened products can be returned within 30 days.
Can I return it if I don't love the taste?+
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (you cover return shipping). Opened it and it wasn't for you? Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the product, and we'll take a look. How our guarantee works.
When does Chai ship?+
Chai is in stock. Like every flavor, it ships from Utah within 1 to 2 business days, and we'll email tracking when it leaves. Every Chai pre-order has shipped.

How do I start a subscription?+
On the product page, choose Subscribe & Save, pick how often you want it, and check out. Bone Broth Protein Mix ships every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. NO. 04 Magnesium ships 1 bottle every 30 days or 3 bottles every 90 days. Every subscription order ships free.
How much do I save with a subscription?+
Bone Broth Protein Mix (26 servings) is $52.99 a bag instead of $59.99, so you save $7 on every bag. NO. 04 Magnesium is $30 for 1 bottle instead of $36, or $85 for 3 bottles instead of $102. Shipping is free on every subscription order.
When will I be charged?+
Your first charge is the day you subscribe. After that, you're charged on your next billing date, which follows the schedule you picked and is always shown in your account. Make changes before that date to affect the upcoming order.
How do I change my next order date or how often it ships?+
Log in, open Manage subscriptions, and choose the subscription. You can move the next order date or change the frequency there. Show me how.
Can I swap flavors on my subscription?+
Yes. In Manage subscriptions, open your subscription and swap the product for another flavor before your next billing date. Not sure which one? Read our flavor guide.
How do I switch magnesium between 1 bottle and 3 bottles?+
The 30-day and 90-day options are separate subscriptions, so email hello@raebasics.com and we'll set up the new one and stop the old one for you.
Can I subscribe to Chai?+

Is there a minimum or a fee to cancel?+
No minimum and no fees. Cancel online in your account, or email hello@raebasics.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and we'll process it within 1 business day.

How much is shipping?+
One-time orders of $75 or more ship free. Smaller one-time orders ship for a $5 flat rate. Every subscription order ships free.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. Standard Shipping then takes 3 to 7 business days, and most orders arrive in 3 to 5.
How do I track my order?+
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account and open the order.
Can I change my address or cancel right after ordering?+
Email hello@raebasics.com as soon as possible. Orders often ship quickly, so we can't always catch them, but we'll do our best before it leaves.
Do you ship outside the United States?+
Not right now. We ship within the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What is your return policy?+
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email hello@raebasics.com with your order number first. Return shipping is on you, and we don't provide prepaid labels.
I opened it and it wasn't for me.+
Because our products are food and supplements, opened products can't be returned. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product, and we'll take a look.
How long does a refund take?+
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take another 2 to 10 business days to show it.
How long should I try NO. 04 before deciding?+
Magnesium works over time, so take it nightly for at least 4 to 6 weeks. Opened bottles can't be refunded based on results, but sealed bottles can be returned within 30 days, and damaged or wrong bottles are replaced when you send a photo within 7 days of delivery.

Only Caffeinated Chocolate, with 60mg of natural caffeine from green coffee beans, about two-thirds of an 8 oz cup of coffee. Classic Chocolate, Mocha and Chai are caffeine-free.
Is it dairy-free and gluten-free? Any allergens?+
It's dairy-free and gluten-free. Every flavor is made with organic coconut milk and organic oat milk, so it contains coconut and oats. It's made in a facility that also processes wheat and milk. If you have a coconut or oat allergy, or a severe wheat or milk allergy, check with your doctor first.
Where is it made?+
Bone Broth Protein Mix is blended and packed in small batches in Utah, and every order ships from Utah within 1 to 2 business days. NO. 04 Magnesium Glycinate is made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility, with Chelamax magnesium from the Dead Sea that is chelated in the USA.
How much protein and sugar is in a scoop?+
Each 21g scoop has 14g of grass-fed bone broth protein and 0g sugar. It's 80 calories and 3g of carbs (90 calories and 4g of carbs for Chai). All the facts.
Can kids drink it?+
Classic Chocolate, Mocha and Chai are caffeine-free, and many families enjoy them as an evening treat. Caffeinated Chocolate isn't recommended for children.

Why does my bag look different from the photo?+
We're rolling out a new bag design one flavor at a time, so yours may arrive in our classic bag or the new one. The recipe inside is the same.
NO. 04 Magnesium Glycinate
When and how should I take NO. 04?+
Take 3 capsules with a little water, 30 to 60 minutes before bed. That's 200mg of elemental magnesium. The one rule: same time, every night. When to take magnesium glycinate.
What's in each capsule?+
Three ingredients: non-buffered magnesium glycinate (Chelamax), tapioca starch and a vegan HPMC capsule. Each bottle is a 30-day supply.
What if magnesium upsets my stomach?+
Glycinate is usually gentle, but some people do better starting with 1 capsule and working up to 3 over a week or two, taken with a little food. If it still bothers you, stop and check with your provider. More on side effects.
