Our Commitment

At Rae Basics, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want every customer to have a great experience, and we're here to help if something goes wrong.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, sealed packaging with all factory seals, labels, and tamper-evident closures intact.

To initiate a return, email hello@raebasics.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are unable to process refunds for returned items that do not arrive at our facility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria above, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Opened Products

Rae Basics products are consumable food and dietary supplement items. For food safety, quality assurance, and in line with standard industry practice, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed — including returns based on taste, texture, or flavor preference.

If you've tried your product and it wasn't the right fit, please reach out to us at hello@raebasics.com. Depending on your order and circumstances, we may be able to offer a discount on your next order so you can try a different flavor or give us another chance. Any such offer is made at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@raebasics.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product
  • A photo of the outer shipping packaging
  • A photo of the product seal or lid

If the damage or error is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged product.

We are unable to process damage claims for products that appear to have been opened or partially consumed prior to the reported damage, or where the damage appears to have occurred after delivery. Photo documentation is required so we can fairly assess each claim.

What Is Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are not available for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Returns based on taste, texture, or flavor preference of opened products
  • Subscription orders that have already been processed, charged, and shipped (see Purchase Options Cancellation Policy)
  • Damage claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products not in original sealed condition
  • Return shipping costs

Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer are returnable under the same 30-day unopened terms as regular-priced items, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. Free gift items or bonus items included with a purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or flavor and your original product is eligible for return, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@raebasics.com.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@raebasics.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to reply with return authorization and shipping instructions (1–2 business days)
  3. Ship the unopened product back to us using a trackable carrier at your expense
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
