Every order is covered by our 30-Day Guarantee. If something is wrong with your order, we are here to help. Email hello@raebasics.com with your order number and what happened, and we will make it right.

Unopened products

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email us first with your order number so we can approve the return and send the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, the outer box, and the seal or lid, and we will replace it at no cost.

Opened and not the right fit

Because our products are food and supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product, and we will review it. Any accommodation is at our discretion.
