We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help. 

To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@raebasics.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Return Policy

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unopened and in original condition. Opened a bag and it just was not for you? Email us within 30 days and we will make it right with a discount toward a future order, at our discretion.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
